Leak Detection

ClampOn’s Non-intrusive retrofit leak monitor, help detect and quantify leaks across flow line valves, flanges or any other component in an oil / gas production system that can compromise safety or may lead to a shut down. This is achieved through real-time readings to new stand-alone system or existing Master Control System.

ClampOn Topside Leak Detector

It has the following minimum specifications:

• Method of installation: Non-intrusive
• Minimum detectable leakage: Gas: dP>1 bar, min. leakage rate 0.1 l/min
• Liquid: dP>3 bar, min. leakage rate 0.1 l/min (depending on delta pressure [dP] over the leakage point)
